  36. 1. Copy the pictedit.dcu and pictedit.dfm files into the DELPHI\LIB 
  37.    directory
  38. 2. From delphi, choose Options|Install Components (or Component|Install
  39.    for Delphi 2.0)
  40. 3. Select the file: pictedit.dcu

  47. You can obtain a registered version of DMS Picture Editor via Compuserve
  48. GO SWREG and enter the registration ID of 11850.

  72. or is it free software.

  74. Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use DMS Picture Editor
  75. on a 30-day trial basis for the purpose of determining whether
  76. DMS Picture Editor is suitable for their needs.  The use of DMS Picture Editor,
  77. except for the initial 30-day trial, requires registration.  
  78. The use of unlicensed copies of DMS Picture Editor by any person, business,
  79. corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited.
